Atecia's teaching and music career spands for over 20 years and primarly a flutist. She has performed at notable venues including The Kennedy Center, Carenigie Hall, and The White House.
She is a proud elementary school music teacher in Prince George's County Public Schools, one of the nation's 20th-largest school districts!
You can find Atecia on the jazz scene learning and networking with some of D.C. finest musicians. Or serving various chuches as a flutuist.
